Corporate Office Park, Pretoria

The brief for this refurbishment was to create a space that is both calm and inviting. This project entailed the replacement of flooring, painting the interior, installation of wallpaper, and new signage both within and outside the building.

Holiday Resort, Greater St Lucia Wetlands Area

Sandy Place was an extensive refurbishment, which made it a fairly exciting endeavour. The Resort Entrance Gate and the Reception Area received a nautical overhaul and the project stretched all the way to the chalets, which received new scatter cushions, throws, linen, beds and the installation of flooring (where needed). The chalets also received a soft refurbishment and painting and the installation of new appliances. All the goods were replaced with custom manufactured varieties and supplied and delivered to Sandy Place, in St. Lucia.

Holiday Resort, Port Edward

Tortuga Chalets received a soft refurbishment, which included adding colour to the units. The project consisted of sourcing suitable artwork, new linen, throws, scatter cushions and loose rugs to create a warm and inviting space.

Community Charity Farm, Bronkhorstspruit

African Blessings' Reception area had some extensive work done. The refurbishment consisted of the installation of new flooring, painting the area in warm colours and adding the correct lighting to enhance the space. The Reception was finished off with new signage, as well as soft furnishings.

Holiday Resort, Komatipoort

The aim of the Ngwenya project was to create a Reception that was both practical and inviting. To fit in with the Lodge surrounds, cool natural colours were selected and the paint, wallpaper, custom made furniture, curtains and scatter cushions that were installed, were done so to create a look and feel of a bygone era.

Medical Centre, Nelspruit

Macadamia Clinic was an interesting project due to it being a shared space, used by various professionals. The project involved advising on the best paint shades to use in the waiting room, installation of additional lighting, a soft refurbishment and guidance on signage inside and outside of the building.

Residential Apartment

The Leewenhof project consisted of a complete internal refurbishment. This included painting of the unit, the installation of wallpaper on accent walls, replacing the bedroom cupboards and repairs to the kitchen cupboards. Custom made furniture, curtains and blinds were also added to the unit. This whole project was completed within ten days; which is naturally a very short lead-time.

Holiday Resort, Limpopo

Mabalingwe Nature Reserve received a soft refurbishment, which included the addition of new curtains and installation of colourful scatter cushions and throws in all the chalets. The soft refurbishment was completed with all chalets being skilfully painted to brighten up and enliven the living spaces.

Residential Project

This was a turnkey project where Jayvac Interiors assisted with the entire project from design and concept to delivery and installation. The projects consisted of all interior aspects which included, floor finishes, wall finishes, soft furnishings, cupboards etc. Jayvac Interiors assisted in the supply and installation of all items mentioned.
